Could this be Niaspan (vitamin B3 therapy; peripheral vasodilator;

antihyperlipidemic for hypertriglyceridemia (tyhpes 4 and 5,

hyperlipidemia). [niacin] 500, 750, 1000.

1. The nephrology service will continue to prescribe her

medications; prednisone, +/- Cytoxan, +/- zalfed, since her major

manifestation of disease is in the kidney.

It s/l zalfed or zalfet. Any ideas? This is a pt with systemic lupus

erythematosus.
