Guest guest
I weigh myself once per month, on the first of every month. It helps keep me in check with eating when I am not hungry or past full. At one time, I was daily weigher so this is a big change for me. I think that each person has to find his/her own way with the scale! > > Right now I'm using my scales for guidance and fine tuning. Guest guest
I'm not really understanding how the number on the scale can tell you how full you feel? All that you said sounds like if you weigh more than you want to, you will restrict your eating until you weigh a certain number. I'm not sure I follow how this is not just dieting? Guest guest
I was going to try to explain but I think what feels like dieting is different for different people. What feels like dieting for one may not for another. That's what I like about intuitive eating. I do what make me happy and if it makes me feel good inside then its not a diet for me anyway. > > > > Right now I'm using my scales for guidance and fine tuning.
