(my husband has decided to do scd %100 as he feels so good on it!!) Jodi, Can't help you there. I don't own a food processor! I have an Omega 8002 juicer which can make nut butters. Although I mostly use my Oster blender, melt a stick of butter or equivalent of expeller-pressed coconut oil, pour it in to the blender, add about a cup of nut flour, and whiz the bejaysus out of it, then dump it into a container and chill. For nut flours, I use my Maverick #5 grinder. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
