I have always used my blender, just pouring in a slow steady stream,

and never had a problem.

I just use my Cuisinart with the tamper removed, drizzling the oil through that

opening. I

have always ended up with perfect mayo.

I have the 11 cup processor.

Hi ,

Thank you, but I am having a problem with the link. Can you give me

the model number of your Quisinart?

I was looking at several Quisinart 11-cup processors, but wasn't sure

which one had that opening for oil for the mayo.

Thanks again in advance.

So do most people. I have been doing this since '2000. I am

requesting the 'drip'attachment because my old processor is breaking

and in the search for a new one, I would like to not have to stand over

the machine, risk splatter, et. and just let the oil drip in itself

like I have heard so many do over the last 7+ years.

God bless,

Hazelpone
