Most vegetable oils, corn, safflower, sunflower oil, sesame oil, brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds are some examples. Katy

Whenever I eat salmon, a good source of omega 3, my hands get even

drier, and I know they compete. Does anyone have any suggestions that

they know are legal, besides olive oil?

Evening Primrose Oil or Borage Oil are good supplements. I use EPO,

myself, for muscle spasm. (I also use salmon oil, mainly because of the

fact that the majority of the fish I eat is not cold water fish.

Thank you all, for those suggestions. I'm not sure if I'm ready for

seeds yet, but would I have a better chance with sesame seeds if I

ground them up? I just " happen " to have a bunch.

Orlinda wrote:"I'm not sure I'm ready for seeds yet, but would I have a better chance with sesame seeds if I ground them up?"--------------------------Hi Orlinda,Ground sesame seeds make a lovely paste. If you're nervous about a bad reaction, though, why not start with just the oil? It can be purchased at health food stores, and some grocery stores. You could then add the seeds in later, when you feel ready.Nina in MA
