Evening Primrose Oil or Borage Oil are good supplements. I use EPO, myself, for muscle spasm. Guest guest
Thank you all, for those suggestions. I'm not sure if I'm ready for seeds yet, but would I have a better chance with sesame seeds if I ground them up? I just " happen " to have a bunch. If you're nervous about a bad reaction, though, why not start with just the oil? It can be purchased at health food stores, and some grocery stores. You could then add the seeds in later, when you feel ready.Nina in MA Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
