Guest guest Posted March 14, 2008 Report Share Posted March 14, 2008 hi everyone.. i will be goingto germany. on the plane i plan to take the foods i took with me to israel. cubed rib-eye steak shredded chicken cooked carrots and zucchini apple oranges i will be arriving there easter sunday which means the stores will be closed. on monday the stores will also be closed. so i want a back up plan of ready made foods from here that i can nibble on in those 2 days. my primary concern is to not feel hungry. i will bring some canned sardines and canned tuna in my carry on. i hope the TSA won't freak out and throw it away!! i am going to put some cans in my suitcase as well. i'm not eating too much nut butter but i will eat some as to not be hungry. thanks and any recipes that can hold up long term in those circumstances would be awesome. we have a rented apartment so at that point refrigeration won't be a concern. jodi scd 5 months crohn's/colitis Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
