Guest guest
Thank you for pointing that out Marilyn! I'm sorry for not doing it before. In order to get the original recipe info I found it from scdinfo group archive and I believe this is the person whom deserves the feedback (I copy and pasted as to avoid all the illegible mishmash that gets created in these replies. So, I hope I didn't get it wrong!) This recipe was quite a hit over there!!!! It sounded so good I saved it. I modified it a bit; before cooking- i added a layer of parmesean cheese on the top like 2/3 of a cup, i covered in with tinfoil cooked for 15 minutes and than i removed the foil and i cooked it even further under the broiler until it turned a nice golden brown and got all bubbly, crunchy, carmelized and delicious. a real treat! who knew i could cook? jodi i wonder how it would taste with onion and fresh fennel? > > > Quick request for everyone: > > When posting a recipe to the list, please make > sure you post not only the complete recipe, but > the name and (if available) email of the creator. > That way, all of the inventive cooks around here, > and on other SCD lists, will receive appropriate credit and recognition.
