Guest guest Posted November 29, 2008 Report Share Posted November 29, 2008 I am wondering how often most of you weigh yourself, especially when you have just started on the journey to being an IE. I am thinking once a week, would be healthy. I only have 10 lbs. to lose, but have certainly struggled for a whole year to get it off. This struggle is probably due to periodic bingeing that sabotageed all the efforts to eat " right " and exercise that I did do. So I am just wondering....thanks for your input!
