>Subject: NCC: Alternatives to Flexeril?

Hi carolyn

I take Amitrip about 40 to 50mgs at night an hour before bed and I take

Rivitrol and aniti epileptic drug the muscle relaxants work well, when I

first started the took about an hour to work and I was ready for bed, just

nice and relaxed, but now they take a bit longer, but I and now having a

restfull sleep, and all my bad dreams have gone. I also take Melatonin,

they have helped get my sleep patterns back boy were they bad. I wake

feeling really good not groggy at all. The amitrip can be taken up to

150mg and at the dosage it is usually used a an antidepressant.

Hope this is of some help (sorry about spelling)
