Any of the diet sodas are OK if only once a week. I loke Diet Coke

and DietGinger Ale and Root Beer is a favorite. I probably have them

once every six months though.

Does the diet gingerale count once if you dilute it a lot and drink for stomach purposes? I mean can you make a regular serving last a week if you dilute it, is it still legal?

Thanks,

You're right. I was thinking of carbonation though. I'll try the tea.

Thanks,

Debbie

Debbie,

An opened soda isn't going to be anything but flat after a day or two, I

should think.

How about brewing up a very strong ginger tea and store it in the fridge?

Then get some legal club soda, open a small bottle, and add a spoonful of

your ginger tea. That dilutes the tea properly, and gives you both ginger

and carbonation.

I recommend against adding honey to club soda, though. I did it, and the

club soda exploded all over me, the counter, the ceiling, AND the

dachshunds. THEY thought it was another of Missy's fun games. What *I*

said doesn't bear repeating in polite company!
