Guest guest
Hi , We have been giving our son " I Love Schiff liquid Multivitamin " available from GNC for $13.95. We started him on this when he turned 2 as directed by his pediatrician. In additon, he gets a fluoride supplement (our water is not fluoridated -- besides he doesn't drink it anyway). We also give him a liquid calcium supplement from a health food store. Also directed by the pediatrician. His nutritionist recommended 1/2 the adult dosage and only 3 times a week. The pediatrician agreed since we could not find a children's liquid calcium supplement. Our son will rarely take anything dairy (Milk, yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream etc) Hope this helps Ken M Vitamins From: Lequiz@... Hi Everybody, We have been giving our daughter (21 mos/14 1/2 lbs) PolyViSol vitamins. We currently put it in her formula she drinks at night and first thing in the morning. I am interested in knowing what vitamins other RSS parents have chosen to give to their children (especially the younger ones). Thanks and I hope everyone is healthy and enjoying " the season " ! It can't be put in milk-has to be given straight but she doesn't mind the taste. Also give Fer In Sol -iron drops. All per her ped. She also gets MCT oil which is basically synthetic fat. Guest guest
I don't know. I use SCD B Complex with C & Zinc and it says one daily and that's what I have taken for eight years. Email Lucy and ask her or phone toll free. lucy@... > sorry to kep asking but my bottle is ironfree ultra freeda and says > for example 5000 iu of vit A but lucys says 1667 iyu of vit a- that's > where my confusion is > > > Carol F.
