You have made a brave step , but a good one too. Happy IE

journey! I hope you come to understand that there is lots to 'gain'

from IE, and a little weight in the beginning is one of those usual

things. However, in the long run the other things you gain can be

peace with foods and eating not to mention with yourself as well.
