Hmmm….Sounds like a sign to me! I

like the saying that everything happens for a reason. J

Thanks!

The IE Scale Gods must be Crazy! Or Looking out for me!

Okay, so with IE, you aren’t supposed to

weigh yourself. You are

supposed to focus on non-scale victories. I am blending McKenna

with IE a bit where it recommends weighing yourself every two weeks.

Well, I couldn’t resist. I stepped on the scale, held my breath

(because that works right?) and…

The damn thing wasn’t working! I flipped it over, messed with the

battery to no avail.

I was naked, about to hop in the shower and the scale called to me.

Turns out the scale gods were crazy and the IE gods were laughing at me.

Now, do I buy a scale battery, or just let it go?

I think for now I’ll enjoy my Sunday in San Francisco

(too lazy to rewrite this so I just reposted a blog entry).
