Guest guest
Why not just put 1-2 cups of epsom salts (which is magneseum) into a hot water bath? It is absorbed by the skin. You can also just do a foot bath since your feet absorb it. Katy _____________________________________________________________Truck Rentals - Click Here. Guest guest
I was wondering if the epsom salts you can buy in the grocery store or walmart is find. Or do they sell it at health food stores that is much better for you? I have just been buying it at the regular stores and have checked the health food stores. Where do you guys get yours?
