I am sure you are relieved to be able to go ahead with the surgery and get

it over with. I will keep you and Josh in my thoughts and prayers on

Thurday - and every day up until then. Believe me, I understand what you

are feeling. I just wish I could be at the hospital with you to help hold

your hand while you are waiting. There will be a lot of people thinking of

you and holding your hand in their thoughts - me included.
