First colonoscopy scheduled -- any tips to make it easier?

I'm doing the fasting and Fleets for prep. They want me to take

simethicone (I think that's right) tablets right before too. I doubt

these are legal. Do I just do it, and not worry about that since this

is a procedure, or what?

Any tips for what to eat first afterward to prevent pain or diarrhea?

Oh, and could someone please repost the recipe for the electolyte

drink?
