Jodi, As long as you can keep it COOL, it should be OK. I keep mine in the refrigerator, normally. However, on last summer's trip to Dayton, Ohio plus Albany, NY plus Rochester, NY plus Toronto, ON, and home, it travelled in my chill-bag during the day, and then in the refrigerator at wherever we were staying at night. I wouldn't recommend this as a standard thing, but for traveling, it should work. Of course, someone else may have better suggestions. Keep in mind that these things CAN go by body weight -- and that at the time I started SCD, I was over the 400 pound mark. SCD literally saved my life because my weight was spiraling up and up, and SCD broke that vicious cycle, too. So I needed more of everything in the probiotic and vitamin department. I used to take four B-100s a day just to feel half human. Now I'm down to 2 of them. Eventually, I hope to get my weight down to normal, and maybe get down to a normal amount of vitamins, too. Sure will be a lot cheaper! Guest guest
No, when I was having a long 3 month flare, Lucy recommended I take 2 3X a day. Otherwise I normally take 2-4. Although some days I miss. Guest guest
Eileen, there was a discussion on pecanbread about taking half in the morning and half at night. I don't know if you saw that or not but you have to remember that they are dealing with kids with autism. It is fine for you to split the dose if you want to. Elaine also said that the 3 billion is where you start. Katy i thought we were only supposed to take a 1/2 pill a.m. and 1/2 p.m.????eileen 2 months _____________________________________________________________Click for air conditioner info, reduce energy costs, affordable prices.
