Does cabbage have an antibiotic effect like garlic and onion? Would blending

cabbage with

my yogurt harm the good bacteria? Thanks..

Raw cabbage might be a bit hard on a newly healing stomach. But since you

can take cabbage and make sauerkraut without adding a starter (the

cabbage leaves themselves have the right probiotics), I doubt they will

harm your yogurt bacteria.

Just incidentally, you can make the kraut, and if raw vegetables are not

yet tolerated, you can drink the juice from the kraut to get good

probiotics.
