No I can not tolerate the lycosan very bad reaction I only use the yogourmet starter and do fine. I would suggest getting rid on only one thing at a time or you will not know which one it is.

Not with the Freeda multi have NEVER been able to tolerate any vitamin but only the freeda.

It's yogurt - it's already "spoiled". It can be out of the fridge for a while.3 hours is not a problem.
