Welcome all recent newbies and I hope you are getting settled in.Just a reminder that there is lots of additional help on the two recommended websites you will find in your welcome letter.http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.infohttp://www.pecanbread.comBe especially mindful of the alphabetical Legal/Illegal list on Elaine's site and the supplement list on Pecanbread.Several reports or suggestions about the use of illegals have appeared in recent days. There also people questioning some of the essential basics of SCD. Rest assured, laine covered so much so well in her nearly forty years of education and research. I never fail to marvel at how clevr she was.  If something is restricted there is usually a notation on the list as to wy and I hope this puts your concerns at rest. And please forgive my terrible typing. My new Mac has a very flat keyboard. The keys are barely raised and I type with two fingers, max and sometimes miss a letter as I have not applied the correct pressure.  Let us hope you never need me to give CPR!
