Guest guest
Yes, I definitely notice that sitting down makes a difference. I eat slower, which for me means I enjoy the food much more and I'm able to tell when I've had enough. I'm really working on eating my food with awareness - tasting, smelling, enjoying it, etc. Eating standing up or on the run makes it nearly impossible for me to do this. Guest guest
Yes! I definitely noticed this. I eat on the run a lot. I have found that eating while doing other activities completely distracts me from the act of eating. So I have been trying to remind myself to eat when I can focus on the act of eating... For me this usually means waiting a couple minutes after getting a meal to sit down and eat it. - K
