French's yellow is NOT Ingredients Distilled Vinegar , Water , No. 1 Grade Mustard Seed , Salt , Turmeric - Less than 2% , Paprika - Less than 2% , Spice - Less than 2% , Natural Flavor - Less than 2% , Garlic Powder - Less than 2% > Is bottled mustard legal? Like frenchs yellow mustard? If not what do > you all use for mustard and is it ok to use during the first few weeks > on the diet? > > Carol F.
