It has a heavenly tang to it. I found the recipe on an SCD site. (Make sure the cream is additive free; only Trader Joe' carries it [Garelick]. All the cream in health food stores in my metro area have thickeners.) I don't do well with coconut, but I imagine you could substitute coconut for the pecans. If you haven't introduced yogurt yet, this isn't for you yet. I have a casein allergy and even fermented cream will cause my sinuses to back up (although I can tolerate butter).
