Guest guest
I will be going to Europe for 4 weeks in May and June. The countries we plan to visit are England, France, Switzerland and Italy. I am wondering a few things and thought I'd ask all of you... 1. Is the water safe to drink there? I have heard there are places throughout, especially Italy, where you can refill a water bottle with spring water. 2. If straight tap water or fountain/spring water is not safe, is there something I can buy to add to the water to make it so? Like when you backpack through the Rockies? If possible, I would like to avoid buying a bunch of bottled waters while there, but will do so if needed. 3. Are there ANY SCD legal probiotics that can survive without refrigeration? If so, what is/are the brand(s)? 4. Other than outdoor markets where I can buy some fresh fruit and cheeses, will I be able to eat SCD relatively easily while over there? I am a little worried that my daily intake of food will consist of bananas and cheddar...and maybe a filet of fish or breast of chicken somewhere. Thanks!
