Guest guest Posted September 1, 2000 Report Share Posted September 1, 2000 For those of you that have gotten down to your " fighting weight " and are starting an exercise regimen (you ARE...aren't you?<G>)...here's an article in a weight lifting archive that I found to be not only informative, but pretty encouraging. I say encouraging because I had started an exercise regimen a year ago and was getting " bummed " over the lack of muscle building as well as working off some fat stores. I had gotten the inside word form about the amount of protein one needs to pretty much bathe your muscle fibers in to actually build and tone...which put me onto the whey protein mixes. The results have been a big boost in maintaining this activity because " results " are the whole reason for going through the exercise program. Anyhow...now that you're down there....stay down there and start working on building up some energy and muscle masses to burn off more calories.
