Each of us is different and IE is about finding the 'way' that works for each of us best. This is especially true for those of you who must limit sugars for health reasons. I was very angry everybody else could eat all these foods suddenly my body couldn't handle i depression and then denial . But its all up to me carbs have to be limited they are my enemy. If my sugar drops to say 47 or 65 i can have a candy bar, However the goal is to stay steady, Its interesting all at once i don't want it? food that is.
