Guest guest Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 For each serving6 spears of fresh asparagus1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese1 pat butter1 tablespoon almond floursalt and peppera few drops of honey(When cooking with olive oil do not pour it in the heated pan but toss the food in the oil separately first. The flavor will be better.)Coat asparagus with the oil. Heat a heavy grilling pan and place the asparagus in it. Add salt and pepper. Cook turning frequently 5-7 minutes until tender.Combine the remaining ingredients and mash with a fork until creamy. Place cooked asparagus on a serving plate and ix with the roux until mostly softened.
