My son has had serious behavior issues when he has had the flu before even after the fever has been gone. I think it has been headaches but he isn't able to verbalize that it is his head that hurts. > >
Guest guest
Hi: Cefzil and Ceftin are loaded with casein. If you child is sensitive- they should not take it. It gave my son extreme diarrhea, and made him hyper. That is when I found out that it is casein filled. D [ ] antibiotic reaction??? Hi All, Has anyones child taken a antibiotic where their child had a behavioral reaction. I ask because, Jack who is allergic to amoxicillin, and usually takes Zithromax was given this week Cefzil, a antibiotic which is in the same family as what amoxicillin but they told me that there is only a 5% chance he could be allergic to Cefzil. He has been on it 5 days now and has had some serious behavior issues that are pretty much out of the norm. These behavior issues seem unlike Jack and just started the last 2 days. Just thought I would ask. His teacher said yesterday he was not very cooroperative, and his therapies yesterday and today were not very good. THanks, Eileen mom to Jack

Guest guest
Hi : I found it on a drug information website about Cephalosporin medications- not the Amoxicillin. You need to ask a pharmacist, if your Dr is not sure- as ours either did not look or did not know. Guest guest
I agree with - Josh hasn't had reactions to antibiotics (other than an occasional case of diarhhea) but when he's had ear infections or sinus headaches, he's had behavioral issues. Just a thought. Sherry > > >Hi All, > >Has anyones child taken a antibiotic where their child had a > >behavioral reaction.
