With passover coming up I was wondering if Horseradish is legal?

Also, is it considered advanced?

My grandmother made a point and said that basically I'm on a kosher

for passover diet year round! Come to think of it I think she is right!

Nah! It's way stricter than kosher for passover all year round!

There's a truly deadly horseradish mixed with mustard oil that is, I

think, Kosher for Passover.

Horseradish is definitely legal (I make a great remoulade sauce with it),

but as to whether it is advanced or not, well... that depends, as always,

on YOU.

After all, broccoli and cauliflower are somewhat advanced, and I

tolerated them early on -- while I didn't tolerate carrots until around

six months.

If I recall correctly, you basically take a taste of it for the bitter

herbs, but don't HAVE to eat much? (My co-author was raised Jewish and

did a Seder for us one year, which is about all I know about

Seders!)
