Pending Lawsuits against Broward County School Board and the State of Florida

Hello to all:

I just re-joined s List after many months away.

We fought hard to have my daughter in an inclusive classroom. The school is

attempting to

force us to move her to a cluster classroom. I believe the time has come to

consider joining a

class action lawsuit to enforce her legal rights and help preserve them for

other children.

Can anyone direct me to a list of pending class action lawsuits against the

Broward County

School Board and/or the Florida Board of Education? I apologize if this topic

has been

covered recently. I searched the archives and several months of posts but was

not able to

come up with a list.
