Guest guest
ok, I really need a scientific answer from those of you that have crohns or colitis. If you could help answer this. Why is it that even though my bms are solid, and occur 1-3 times a day....they are pinky thin? Can I expect this to change as I continue on the scd diet? Thanks for any knowledge. The other question is this.....my friend said she is just about ready in her mind to start the scd diet. She has Celiac disorder. This may be a silly question, but If she is lactose intolerant...she sould still be able to follow the diet by eatting little amounts of the legal cheeses, dccc and yogurt right? I told her that I thought the way that we make our yogurt that there is minimul lactose right? and should she use goats milk then? I want to get help her with the correct information. Thanks sandy uc since 2004 scd almost 3 months Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search.
