" She is still on chronic narcotics at heavy doses. She is currently taking (s/l) **neurogesic** patches at 50 mcg per hour two every three days; so it is 100 mcg per hour. She is taking Percodan for the pain from her mastoidectomy. " I can find neurogesic tablets, but not patches. Anyone have a clue? TIA!!
