Although our diet is a HUGE HUGE HUGE part of controlling the symptoms of our illness(es) let's not forget about all the other toxins that can aggravate things. As an artist, I know that working with chemicals can can cause MAJOR flare ups. (which is why i use non-toxic materials now) But i just wanted to remind everyone to be very careful about the cleansers and household cleaning products that some may be using.
