Hi , You can write to the Masons, using the address I provided, or google it. Try Masons free dental, as key words. It should come right up. They will send you a form to fill out. You will have to provide them with 'proof' your child is disabled (doctor's diagnosis or psychologist report). Once approved, they will give you a list of providers that work with the Masons. Here in Ormond Beach, it's Dr. La Toulepe (who is wonderful). I bring both my (autistic) boys in together, and they get the job done. It doesn't matter what your income bracket is. You can be rich or poor. It's strange more people don't know about them. All the orders have their specific charities. The Mason's are for families with autism.
