Oh Sandy

weren't we just talking about this? call your doctor tomorrow there are

things he can prescribe to help with the symptoms. be careful and take care

of it early so it doesn't progress into anything worse than a cold

technically we should not take vit C. It boosts the immune system and that is

a no no for us. especially when you are on pred and metho

Hi Sandy,

All I can think of right now is: zinc, vitamin C and tea tree oil under the

nose. Also drink lots and lots of fluids!! Very important!!! Try tea with

lemon and honey in it and lots of water. Add lemon or lime to spice it up.

Feel good soon my friend!!!

Sandy here,

I caught this terrible head cold from my grandkids

and am miserable. My pharmacist said I can't take

anything because I am on Pred and Metho.

Anybody have any advise on what I can do?

I have never been sick during a bad flare before.

Thanks,

Sandy

Learn something new everyday from this group.

Hi All,

Okay, am I being impatient here?

I have been on the Methotrexate for seven weeks

and I'm still flaring like crazy.

Is it going to get better? Will I ever have a " good "

day? This is getting me down.....

Hi ,

Have you checked Toys R Us. We saw some toddler beds there that had side

rails on them. They are about $50. Also, you can get bed rails from Toys R

Us that can be put on a bed to prevent (sort of) a child from crawling out.

Hope this helps.

From: MEhrlich@...

My husband and I would like to get a bed for our 3-1/2 year old son. Since

he is still on continuous feedings at nights, we still have him sleep in

the crib....for fear that he may get up in the morning while he is still

attached to the pump. We feel he is getting too big for the crib, but he

still does not have any concept that he is connected to the pump and he is

not careful. Does anybody know of a furniture store that make or have beds

with high sides or bars or something to that affect?
