Hi, I get side pork from our butcher. He slices it for us. It is from

non hormon, non antibiotic fed animals. If you salt it lightly right

after you remove it from the skillet it is really good. My kids get

major excited when there is the promise of side pork in the morning.

I buy a sugar free bacon from Field Packing in Owensboro, Ky. I've

only bought it once, so I'm not sure if their market extends into NC,

but it's possible.

gradually progressing to new legal foods and he's asked me if I can

find out where he can get legal bacon? Can anyone advise which brands

are legal in the US and what he needs to look for? Our thanks go to
