She made the comment that she wasn't really comfortable holding the baby on that side. We will try differant positions tom when i go see her. I really like both of them. The PiS is a double electric and I use it at work. The Isis is a manual and I use it at home if I'm feeling full and Bart isn't hungry or if I need to make up a few ozs. If your friend is going to be doing a lot of pumping I would recommend that she get a double electric like the PiS. She'll be able to pump quicker and the stimulation will be good for her supply. However, I think the Isis is actually more comfortable and just as effective at getting the milk out. I just can't use it at work because it would take too much time to pump one breast at a time.
