Guest guest
Good morning, Group! My son will be 18 soon and I have applied for an extension of his Child Support (based on his disability: Autism). The Child Support Enforcement Office (who is presently trying to obtain arrears and payment from my son's father) advised me that the only way can get an extension is if a Doctor agrees to come to the Hearing when it is scheduled and certify that he will indeed be disabled for life. Does anyone know of any doctor who would be willing to do this on a pro-bono basis? The father has not been paying child support for a few years and I do not have the money to pay a doctor to do this. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Many thanks,
