Re: Crohns and knee swelling

Hi all SCD People I hope everybody is feeling well with SCD as I do. The past 2 weeks my knees were swollen, I have pain specially when I stand-up and walk, I have pain on my right hand side in the abdomen area and down. My eys and my body is also eaching not always but it comes and goes often. I have crohns unditected for 20 years, in 2005 they fnd it out. When I find out about the SCD diet on the internet I stated it on Sep.2005, and immediatly I started to improve. Since then I can control my diarehea and my abdomenal pain, sometimes it comes for no reason but it is not that bad. I don't take any medication except I take immodium if I have the dearehea. When I went to the doctore for my knee and pain they say that crohn's can cause it and they gave me Claritin, and antipain Vicodin. Did some body with crohn's have the same problem? And is it Ok if I take the Medication. I appreciate any advaice. Thankyou.
