Guest guest
Just a head's up. Just today I got Raman Prasad's new cookbook from amazon, and it has lots of great looking recipes, including for things like Asian fish sauce, (I wondered whether a recipe existed for this several months ago. It didn't, then) and an SCD Asian sauce (soy sauce substitute) which I was thinking about how to go about making just a few days ago, when I was cooking beef with a peanut sauce. He also has a recipe for olive bread - funny because last night I finally got around to making my own version of olive rosemary bread - but because I made it with cashews, this first version needed more tweaking because it came out a bit too sweet, which didn't match the saltiness of the olives. So I was going to try the next version with almond and cashews. So for those of you who like fusion cuisine - you might like to check out this cookbook. This kind of cooking definitely appeals to me. And it is very reasonably priced compared to some of the other SCD cookbooks for sale. Mara SCD 8.5 months
