Guest guest
Kat, I have two of those yogurt makers. Using those I can drip about 2 quarts of yogurt at a time. I have an Excalibur Dehydrator that I use for yogurt too. I use the glass jars that I bought here: https://www.digestivewellness.com/itempage-2865-24-13-1657.html They also have plastic jars if you prefer those. I make 4 of these glass jars of yogurt at a time in the Excalibur. I also purchased a digital thermometer at Amazon.com that works well in the Excalibur. There are messages in the archives about regulating the temperature using various methods of making yogurt. As you can see I am relatively new at this too. Hope this helps, Shar Crohn's. Guest guest
Ok that sounds good. I couldn't picture it with the trays and all. How many Yogourmet containers can you fit in it? I was hoping to be able to make more than 1 (2 liter) batch at a time. Kat " IBS " (undiagnosed) SCD since 01/23/2008 http://scdkatfood.blogspot.com/ > > That's exactly how I make mine, Kat!
