does anyone know if flonase is OK to use for allergies while on scd?

are there any legal allergy meds?

Quercetin works great. And high doses of Vit. C. And

avoiding any food allergens. I cannot have any dairy,

and when I have butter, inevitably, I'll wake up

sneezing the next AM.

And Quercetin comes in a nose spray, now too. That an

irrigating with salt water works wonders for cleaning

out the pollen accumulated in the nose.

i'm on 1 compounded claritin a day - which i forgot to pick up today -

thanks :-)also compounded sudafed and tylenol for sinus headaches or

decongestion as needed

been waking puffy eyed/faced wonder if that's it?? eyes were a bit

itchy today too?? maybe it doesn't work too well???

also sleeping with a vaporizer in room

That's a good idea. Maybe I should have it compounded as well. funny

how I didn't even think of that. Hope allergies aren't as bad as last

year as it made the asthma totally get worse.

Ever try a hepa air purifier?

It has really improved my sinus situation and in the winter I also use

the air-o-swiss humidifiers.

I'm worried about all my " normal " allergy stuff being scd illegal and

undoing all of this hard work.
