Guest guest
When I first started the intro diet on Feb. 5, I couldn't tolerate yogurt(even in very small amounts), cheeses, or my Acidophilus pills. I'm now tolerating about 6 oz of yogurt a day and cheeses aren't bothering me, so I wanted to start taking 1 acidophilus pill a day since I don't always have yogurt (due to laziness). My pills have these added... Lactobacillus Acidophilus Dicalcium Phosphate Gelatin (legal) Silica (legal) Vegetable Magnesium Sterate (legal) There's a line that says 'contains milk ingredients'. And, dicalcium phosphate isn't listed on the BTVC legal/illegal list. Is it ok? Thanks, Misty Kimble , LA CD SCD - Jan 5
