We mix it in juice and he has to drink it within an hour. Works for us. My son takes 3 packets daily and who knows what its doing or whether its "working"..... I am sure the good bacteria is thriving in his belly though. :)

It's a good probiotic - I think it needs to go on the tongue, so I'm not sure if your child would have an issue with that. But there are many good probiotics out there - Klaire Labs or Kirkman Labs.
