On the list on the site below, Echinacea is illegal; however, on btvc.info it is listed as legal. I took Echinacea last week because I was getting sick and now I'm not sure if it's OK to take. I'm confused about how the sites can provide different information and wonder should I just stay away from the geocities site all together?
