Guest guest
Hi Jodi, That's actually a very clear sign of yeast overgrowth called Candida. I have it as well, slowly getting better since on SCD. Flagyl is an antibiotic right? When the bacteria in the gut are wiped out by antibiotics, yeast is able to overgrow quite easily. You may want to have a look at SCD guidelines for dealing with Candida. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/BTVC-SCD/files/Candida%20or%20Yeast%20Infor\ mation/ Kat IBS SCD since 01/23/2008 http://scdkatfood.blogspot.com/ > > my tongue is coated white and it's like fury (i know- gross) this has > only happened to me that i see it being this apparent and visible when > i was on flagyl for months and months on end. > > is this die-off? > > jodi >
Guest guest
hey- it seems like whatever i ask or am troubled about it ends up being this yeast overgrowth thing.. i just keep ending up in this spot! i will have to reread kim's list and adjust it to my own needs!! how long does it take to get rid of the bad bacteria?? these things are stubborn and relentless! do they like live in the inflammation? i need to reread BTVC. jodi > > Hi Jodi, > > That's actually a very clear sign of yeast overgrowth called Candida. > I have it as well, slowly getting better since on SCD.
