At the farmers market here there is a lovely stand calling Hawthorne

Valley. They are Organic/Biodynamic and they also make their own cheeses.

They have regular havarti and Havartis with added dill. The guy told

me it is only dill and nothing else. Should I be weary? What kind of

hidden illegal -can it potentially- contain?
