There are a number of things made from concentrate

on the legal list - frex, the tomato juice and a number

of those Just Juices. The problem is, as I understand it,

when the concentrate is used to amplify the sugar

content of the product. (Which is why I wonder why

about the legality of lemon concentrate.)

But you can ask if you want more detail. I believe

she was on SCD for years.

It's hard understanding all the ins and outs of this diet and wrapping

my head around all the science. Maybe there is a book I can read so I

can understand all this science stuff a little better! Like

" Ingredients for dummies " or " How it's made and why for dummies " LOL.

I thought the problem with concentrates is that many of them would

have hidden illegals like sugars. But your explanation scratches the

surface and makes more detailed sense.
