Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 I understand that we are supposed to be very careful about introducing new vegetables (and fruits) because we may not be able to digest them, but since there isn't really any " digesting " going on when you juice vegetables, do you have to be as careful? I'm feeling like I've gone too long on too limited of a diet (for a number of reasons) and I need to start getting more nutrients.
