Guest guest
Hi , I use white navy beans for my hummus. I follow the recipe from the Eat Well Feel Well SCD cookbook by Kendall Conrad. It is delicious! Sorry, I don't think I can post it here due to copyright issues. But, you can find great hummus recipes online and just substitute the garbanzo beans with navy beans or lentils as long as you pre-soak them for at least 12 hours. I soak mine for 12 hours, drain, and then soak for another 12 hours just in case.
